DTF stands for Direct To Film printing, the next evolution in apparel printing. Instead of pushing ink through screens, DTF uses a special film and heat process that bonds vibrant, durable designs directly to the fabric. At Bluewood, we use DTF because it fits our style and our standards. Traditional screen printing is great for massive bulk runs, but it can limit creativity and waste materials. DTF lets us run smaller, high quality batches with cleaner color and more flexibility, meaning more unique drops, less waste, and better gear for you.
